Preparation method

Cook the frozen broccoli in lightly salted water until semi-tender (approx. 4–5 minutes), then drain.

Rinse the quinoa, then bring to a boil with water in a 1:1 ratio. Lightly salt it and cook until semi-tender, then remove from heat.

In a pan, brown the ground turkey in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Cook until it turns white and is cooked through.
