Baby-friendly Mock Gingerbread (without honey)

Measure and mix the dry ingredients. Also measure the wet ingredients, slowly mix them with the other ingredients, and knead everything together. Wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Roll out to about 2-3 mm thickness and bake at 170 degrees Celsius until done.
