Preparation method

Pour 225 ml of lukewarm water into a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients. Mix slowly for 10 minutes. Place the prepared dough on a lightly floured pastry board. Divide it into two parts and form into nice balls. Lightly sprinkle with flour, cover with a clean cloth to prevent drying out, and let it rise for 30-45 minutes.

After rising, slightly flatten the dough into an oval shape. Fold the longer side over the other, work it in, then do the same with the other side, and repeat until you get a nicely worked, elongated shape. Adjust the ends with your fingers so they are not too thin. Place the formed shapes on a baking tray and let them rise for 40 minutes. 10093-1626344988259.jpg

Preheat the oven to 230°C. Meanwhile, spray the inside of the oven with water until steam forms. Then immediately place the baking tray with the baguettes inside and close the oven door.
