Quick-frozen, plant-based product based on green pea protein, made with high protein content, GMO, gluten, soy and lactose free.

Suggested use

Place the product in the refrigerator 12 hours before use and defrost. Fry on both sides in a pan, on a griddle or on a grill for about 3-3 minutes with a little oil, or separate the patties while frozen, then fry in a pan with a little oil, first on a low heat, covered, for 1-2 minutes, then uncovered on a higher heat for another 2 minutes per side. Store the products separately during defrosting, as they may stick together.

Recipe - DELICIOUS VEGAN BURGER

Ingredients

• 2 pcs PlantRevolt hamburger buns
• 2 pcs soy or pea protein based PlantRevolt meat patties
• olive oil for frying
• 2 slices of plant-based cheese
• PlantRevolt barbecue sauce (to taste)
• 1 pc red onion
• 1 pc tomato
• vegan PlantRevolt burger sauce (to taste)
• 2 handfuls of lettuce
• 3 pcs gherkins

Preparation

1. Remove the PlantRevolt meat patty from the packaging, then fry one side for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, then turn it over and put a slice of plant-based cheese on it, then fry until done.
2. Cut the hamburger bun in half and toast the cut side slightly.
3. Spread a portion of lettuce on the bottom of the bun, followed by the cheesy plant patty. Then add the sliced onion and tomato, the thinly sliced gherkins, the BBQ sauce, and finally another layer of lettuce.
4. Spread the other half of the hamburger bun thinly with burger sauce and place on top of the whole thing.
   And the healthy yet sensationally delicious PlantRevolt burger is ready, which we recommend not only to vegetarians!
