Le Grand Lejon is the leading producer of smoked and marinated fish products in northern Brittany, who has been making their products according to old traditions since 1953. Rillettes and dips are most often eaten for breakfast or dinner as a main meal. In addition, we can make canapé sandwiches for parties, appetizers for guests or lunch. Due to their long shelf life and packaging, we can easily take them with us anywhere: to a picnic, to work, to school, on a trip. Most often they are consumed on toasted bread, toast or salty biscuits, but they can also be put on blinis (Russian-style leavened pancakes). We can also offer fresh salad, seasonal vegetables, and spicy onion confit with the rillettes. We can dip the dips with various chips, snacks, grissinis or even raw vegetables cut into sticks (celery, cucumber, carrot)
