Fermentini - Ginger Carrot
Ginger carrot is one of our first products, it can be a favorite for those who are getting to know the consumption of fermented vegetables. What's in the jar? Crunchy, thin carrot strips mixed with the fresh taste of ginger, and the fermentation process also preserves the vitamin and mineral content. Ginger loses most of its spiciness during fermentation, but its fresh, incomparable taste is a delicate spice, so we recommend it even to those who avoid consuming it because of its spiciness.
After opening, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
Usage
It is best mixed in a salad or as a side dish supplement, but it can also be used as a wrap, soup insert, or sandwich topping.

It so happened that due to our own and our small family's health concerns, the wonderful world of fermented foods crept into our lives. This was also the knowledge sharing of girlfriends and mothers who kept their kitchens open to all kinds of healthy novelties. Last year was spent trying out, discussing, and playing with vegetables, fruits, and spices, creating very good things, and yes... bad things too. For us, the many delicious flavors and discoveries brought a series of "aha" experiences, and we saw in our friends and extended family that we were able to show something new and delicious.
On a beautiful autumn day of gathering and talking, the idea came up that we would like to deal with fermented vegetables more seriously, because we see its future. Besides being delicious, it is also extremely healthy, a continuation of a tradition, yet novel. And with that came up countless questions. How? Where? What do we need? What principles should we build on? Sustainable, as local as possible, "free of everything", vegan... The spark ignited and started on its own path, and we started working for it. We read a lot, did research, analyzed international examples, started experimenting purposefully, developed recipes, and tortured family and friends with tasting. Along the way, the name Fermentini and our wonderful logo were born. So after much deliberation and answering many questions to be decided, the moment came when we could hold our first jars in our hands.
The journey is far from over, in fact, it is only just beginning! We still have a lot of ideas that we would like to implement, as we believe that there is a need for quality, additive-free, and healthy foods. Moreover! Only such foods would be needed! It is a joy to experience that more and more people are consciously paying attention to what is on the table, our goal is to be able to contribute to this offer.
