Greenhouse caper berries

Capers are nothing more than the small, pea-sized flower buds of the thorny caper bush. The bush grows to a height of 1.5 meters and has characteristic heart-shaped leaves. It has been used for flavoring since ancient times. We can also meet it as caper. Many people like its tart, slightly spicy, characteristic taste.

Suggested use

It goes well with fish, it is also used to flavor ringli, but we can also flavor herring with it. The braver ones can also mix it into the spread. We can sprinkle it on chicken soup flavored with lemon, but we can also add it to pork or lamb. Its use should not be overdone, as it can suppress the taste of the dish prepared with it.
