Sardines actually represent several species of fish, exactly five genera, twenty-one subspecies, as sardines. The cleanest, least polluted species of fish, its mercury content is the lowest among marine fish, so everyone can safely consume it! In addition to representing the high quality that is true to the brand, FJK Sardine products are skinless and boneless, so they can be consumed immediately. Fish are known to be rich in two types of unsaturated fatty acids. The human body cannot produce omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids on its own, so they must be ingested through the diet. Fish is one of the best sources of this, especially sardines, as 80 g per day can cover more than 50% of the required intake.

Use

The aforementioned skinless and boneless FJK sardines are an excellent choice as a base for creams, pastas, pizzas or even salads thanks to their unique flavor. The delicious sardine can also be eaten on its own, with a little toast, sprinkle a little parsley on top and you have a quick and nutritious imperial breakfast.
