The basis of BUZA sausages is respect for tradition and good quality ingredients. Sausages with a minimum 85% meat content, which is very high. Sándor is particularly committed to this, as it is the basis of quality. Their product range is very wide: from traditional to Mediterranean, from delicacy to spicy, everything can be found. 

• Made from quality pork and bacon, using traditional technology, drying and smoking.
• Its unique and harmonious flavour is given by quality spices: paprika, pepper, salt, garlic, caraway, nutmeg, cloves .
• The Peasant Sausage product variations perfectly meet the expectations of modern health-conscious gastronomy.
• They have a very high meat content (100 kg of finished product is made using 150 kg of raw pork shoulder). 
• Free from various flavour enhancers, stabilisers.
• Gluten-, lactose- and soy-free.
• The sausage variations were awarded the Hungarian Product Grand Prize in 2015.
• In 2018, in a blind test of the Pannon Gastronomy Academy, the BUZA delicacy peasant sausage proved to be the best out of the 24 items examined - available in retail.

Producer information
Sausage making has deep roots in Sándor Buza's family. His grandfather founded his butcher and butcher shop in 1923, which was later taken over by one of his sons. The family business, which flourished in the 1930s and 1940s, even exported abroad, but later had to close. Sándor revived the tradition a few years ago and has been following his grandfather's recipe and flavours ever since. He is also expanding his product range and experimenting with new flavours himself.
