Instructions

• In the oven: bake for 7 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
• In a pan: fry in a little oil for 5 minutes.
• In a pot: put in boiling water for 5 minutes.

About the brand

ALFA SORTI s.r.o. was founded in 1995, then under the name Alfa Bio Slovakia s.r.o. The company processes soy flour and is the only soy texture manufacturer in Slovakia. In 2009, Goody Foody introduced a new concept of frozen products to the market, which was later extended to chilled products. With the introduction of the new product, the company name changed to the current ALFA SORTI s.r.o. that year.
