Product description

Pre-baked, quick-frozen sourdough semi-finished product. "If there's bread, there's everything!"  Its carbohydrate content is 50% lower, with a dough enriched with oilseeds: sesame, sunflower, flaxseed.  Ambropek breads and bakery products are made from quality ingredients, with real, long-aged sourdough, based on traditional and newly developed recipes.

Did you know that the Egyptians discovered the process of sourdoughing when they left the dough out in the sun for a long time? For sourdough, the flour is mixed with water, and the resulting thin, porridge-like mass is then left to rest for 2-3 days. During this time, bacteria and yeast fungi naturally start the sourdoughing process.

Storage

It retains its original properties when stored at -18 °C or below. Shelf life after baking, at room temperature: 24 hours. Do not refreeze the product after thawing!
