Tóalmási smoked raw first pork knuckle meat without bone
Tóalmási smoked raw knuckle meat is made using boneless first pork knuckle with skin, which is dry-salted, traditionally pickled, aged and smoked with hardwood in a stone smokehouse. Apart from kitchen salt and pickle, no other colouring, texture-enhancing, or ageing-accelerating additives are used during production.
