It all started in 1983. Bernd Schneider – the founder of the VacuVin brand – came up with the idea and goal of the VacuVin vacuum pump: to enjoy the taste of wine again after opening it, even several days later. With the help of his brother John, an engineer, they created the first wine vacuum pump and stopper. Since its launch in 1986, exciting, designer and practical wine, bar and kitchen accessories and gadgets have been produced with continuous development and design.

Vacu Vin products have won more than 20 international design and trade awards worldwide to date. Throughout its 30-year history, Vacu Vin has always been one of the most innovative companies in the household accessories market. The family-owned company has continuously come up with trendsetting products since their first invention, the vacuum pump and stopper.
