The experts at Törley Pezsgőpincészet have created this refreshing, crisp dry muscat champagne as a way to fill a gap for champagne lovers. We fermented a rich wine made from fresh Cserszegi Fűszeres grapes into champagne, then made it even more fragrant and delicious with Irsai Olivér grape must. When you take a sip, the fine carbon dioxide content brings out the rich aroma of Cserszeg & Irsai.

We recommend it as a refreshing companion for friendly chats, but also as an accompaniment to green-spiced pasta dishes!

Producer information

On August 1, 1882, József Törley registered his company under the name József Törley és Társa with the Budapest Commercial Court. The history of Törley champagnes thus goes back almost a century and a half. Open to new things, Törley continuously developed his factory and the technology of champagne production - for example, he was the first in Hungary to introduce the process of disgorging (degorging) by freezing. Thanks to this, his plant became the most modern champagne factory in the country by the turn of the century. In the following decades, the fame and taste of Törley were already known from America to Australia, and the factory had depots in Hamburg, Berlin and Copenhagen. The greatest recognition, however, was that Törley was already being drunk in Paris at that time.

Storage

Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, closed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
