They do not use artificial colours, bulking agents, flavour enhancers or preservatives. In addition, the mango sorbet is vegan, dairy-free and contains no added sugar. They know from experience that the harmony of flavour, texture and ingredients, which is the "holy trinity" of ice cream, can only be achieved and maintained with the highest quality ingredients and equipment, with careful attention to detail, continuous development and humility.

Stepping out of the world of classic desserts, they wanted to create a premium dessert shop that combines the complex experience of the currently known and popular pastry cakes with ice cream, thus creating a new category that does not currently exist east of France: the ice cream dessert shop. The emphasis is on the complexity of the dessert, its uniqueness is given by the combinations put together. It is a unique concept where premium ice cream is not presented as a scoop of ice cream, but as a complete frozen dessert, one element of which is the ice cream itself.
