Kotányi Grill Poultry Seasoning Mix for irresistibly delicious grilled poultry. This blend of various herbs and spices gives the meat a wonderful flavour, while the paprika provides a beautiful colour.

Suggested use

It goes great with chicken legs, chicken breasts, turkey meat, but also with rabbit.

Recipe suggestion: Grilled chicken legs with red onion

Ingredients for 2 servings: 2 chicken legs, 1 tbsp Kotányi Grill Poultry Seasoning Mix, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 red onions, salt, Kotányi Black Pepper Mill, 1 tsp Kotányi Thyme, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

1. Sprinkle the chicken legs with the Kotányi Grill Poultry Seasoning Mix, drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and let stand for 20 minutes, then grill.
2. Peel and slice the onion, drizzle with the remaining oil and place on the grill. Season with salt, pepper and thyme, then brush with balsamic vinegar.
3. Serve the grilled chicken legs with red onion.
4. Tip: You can serve with vegetable rice.
