Beyond Vegan Sausage Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
Serves 4

• 1 pack Beyond Vegan Sausages
• 1 pack mushrooms
• pineapple
• red onion
• wooden skewers
• BBQ sauce

Instructions

1. Cut Beyond Vegan Sausages into quarters. Dice pineapple and red onion.

2. Thread a skewer with a Beyond Vegan Sausage piece, then red onion, pineapple, mushroom, another Beyond Vegan Sausage piece, red onion, pineapple, and finally another Beyond Vegan Sausage piece. Repeat for remaining skewers.

3. Grill skewers on a lightly oiled, heated gas grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Baste skewers with BBQ sauce about halfway through.

4. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, serve with BBQ sauce on the side, and enjoy!
