Instructions for Use

Heat grill to high and cook burger for 3.5-4 minutes per side. Burger is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Do not consume raw.

Ingredients
Serves 2

• 2 Beyond Vegan Burger Patties
• Vegan cheese slices
• Sliced tomatoes
• Leaf lettuce
• White onion slices
• 1 tsp vegan butter
• Salt and pepper
• 2 vegan hamburger buns
• Hamburger sauce
• ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

1. Lightly toast buns.

2. Season thawed Beyond Vegan Burger Patties with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt vegan butter in the pan. Cook patties for 3 minutes on one side, then flip.

3. Layer cheese on burger patties and cover pan to melt cheese. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Assemble burgers on buns by layering ingredients.
