Bananas contain valuable and natural substances such as calcium and potassium. They also contain vitamins A and B. They are filling, so they are a perfect choice before or after a workout. If you don't want to eat them raw, you can make exciting desserts such as banana bread.

The largest banana plantations are located in the Middle East, Central and South America. When buying, choose hard, slightly green specimens, as bananas ripen at room temperature!

Use
They can be eaten raw, baked, grilled, but flour, flakes, and chips are also made from them. If you don't want to eat them raw, you can make exciting desserts such as banana bread.
Banana bread / 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 22 dkg fine flour
- 2 eggs
- 10 dkg sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 10 dkg butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 medium bananas
- 10 dkg dark chocolate
Preparation:
- Put everything except the chocolate in a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth with a food processor until you get a runny dough. If the banana is too juicy, you can add a little flour. (There will be pieces of banana left, which will become uniform during baking.)
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the dough.
- Grease and flour the loaf pan, then pour in the dough.
- Bake the banana bread at 180 C for about 45 minutes until done. Check with a needle test to see if it is cooked through.
Storage
Store at 14-16 C°.
