White wine vinegar consists of acetic acid and water. It is used for preparing food, but also as a household cleaner for cleaning various surfaces. 

Made from controlled organic white grapes.
Made from unsulphured white wine, matured in wooden barrels. Its intense fruity aroma subtly flavours salads, dressings and sauces.

Acid content: 6%.
