About the brand

The history of Dr. Oetker dates back to 1891: this is when pharmacist Dr. August Oetker experimented with the baking powder that is now a classic. The company's headquarters have been in Bielefeld ever since, but Dr. Oetker products are available in 40 countries around the world outside Germany. The European and overseas organizations employ nearly 8,000 people.
