Cerbona Protein Salty Caramel flavored oatmeal with no added sugar, sweetened with sweetener, rich in protein: a mixture of oatmeal and various powders, with cocoa powder and chia seeds. 20% protein, with whole oats. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Suggested use

Mix 60 g of product thoroughly with 100 ml of boiling water! Ready to eat after 3-5 minutes.
