Alnatura Organic Corn (330 g)

A classic among canned vegetables: tender organic corn, which is great as a side dish, but can also be an ingredient in casseroles, soups or salads. Alnatura corn is pre-cooked, so it is ready to eat.

Ingredients
For 4 servings:

• 360 g Alnatura Organic Kidney Beans (canned)
• 340 g Alnatura Organic Corn
• 60 g baby spinach or leaf spinach
• 200 g sour cream
• 1 red onion
• 245 ml salsa dip
• 150 g grated Emmental cheese
• 60 g Alnatura Organic Paprika Corn Chips

Preparation

1. Drain the beans in a colander, rinse thoroughly and transfer to a bowl. Drain the corn in a colander and place on top of the beans. Wash the spinach and shake off the water. Stir the sour cream until smooth. Peel the onion, halve and slice thinly.
2. Pour the salsa dip over the corn, add the spinach, spread on the sour cream, then sprinkle with the cheese and onion.
3. Just before serving, stick the corn chips into the salad.

Storage
