Alnatura Organic Green Olives, pitted, in vinegar and salt brine (350 g)

Mildly aromatic, firm-fleshed, intense green olives: ideal for antipasti platters, pizza, salads or pasta. Alnatura pitted green olives are hand-picked and come from northern Greece, where they are cultivated according to ecological guidelines. After harvesting, they are placed in a sea salt brine and flavoured with a little white wine vinegar.

Use - Toasted bread with olives, rocket and curd cheese

Preparation time
10 minutes

Ingredients
For 6 servings:

• 50 g Alnatura Organic Green Olives, pitted, in vinegar and salt brine
• 50 g rocket
• 100 g cherry tomatoes
• 250 g low-fat curd cheese
• 0.50 teaspoon salt (2.50 g)
• 4 slices of toasted bread

Preparation

1. Prepare the vegetables. Drain the olives and chop finely. Wash the rocket, shake dry and chop half of it finely. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
2. Mix the curd cheese with the olives and finely chopped rocket, then season with salt. Toast the bread, spread with curd cheese, top with the tomatoes and the remaining rocket, and serve.

Tip
You can also use fresh bread rolls instead of toasted bread.
