The ingredients of the (Protected Geographical Indication) Alnatura Aceto Balsamico di Modena come from organic farming, are aged in wooden barrels and have 6% acidity. Its sweet and sour taste harmonises well with antipasti, vegetable and meat dishes, as well as salads, but it can also be a sophisticated accompaniment to strawberries and desserts. Vegan.
