Eat Me Blackberries, packaged

Recipe suggestion

Blackberry porridge delight

Preparation time: 15 minutes, then leave to stand for 8 hours

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
• 50 g + 4 tablespoons of porridge oats
• 1 banana
• 200 ml of plant milk
• 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 125 g of blackberries

Preparation:

1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan, then stir in a tablespoon of chia seeds and 4 tablespoons of porridge oats. Divide the mixture in two and put it in the bottom of a glass or jam jar.
2. Mash the banana with the 50 g of porridge oats, then mix with the remaining chia seeds, the plant milk, the agave syrup and the cinnamon. Divide this in two and place in the glass containers on top of the oat and chia seed mix. Put them in the fridge overnight.
3. In the morning, put the blackberries on top of the porridge.
