Miil Grated Emmental Cheese

Product description

Miil Emmental grated cheese is a natural, full-fat, semi-hard, matured cheese made from pasteurised milk. It matures for up to 8 weeks at 3 different temperatures to achieve the typical Emmental flavour so well-known for its fine fruity and slightly nutty taste. Up to 11 litres of cow's milk can go into making 1 kg of this tasty cheese. Miil Emmental is produced in the Czech Republic. You can taste its flavour without any foretaste or smell.

This is a naturally lactose-free product. Its lactose content is less than 0.01 g/100 g.

Use

For direct consumption or for hot dishes.
