Sea buckthorn fruit is a so-called superfood, a natural immune booster.

It contains extremely strong antioxidants, and is high in vitamins and active ingredients. Sea buckthorn has a beneficial effect on the entire body. Among other things, it protects our immune system from infections, aids digestion and metabolic processes, supports the functioning of the respiratory and musculoskeletal systems, has an anti-inflammatory effect, has a good effect on the heart and vascular system, beautifies the skin, protects the health of the eyes, and is an effective protective herb from a gynaecological, urological and oncological point of view.

Its consumption is primarily recommended as a preventative measure, for revitalisation. It exerts its beneficial effects when consumed in a minimum daily recommended quantity of 1 tablespoon.

Suggested use: Smoothies (strawberry, berries, pear)

 

Ingredients:

• 4 cl Nektária fruit puree syrup (forest / strawberry / pear)
• 2 pcs fresh or frozen fruit
• 15 cl milk
• 3-4 pcs ice cubes

Preparation:

Pour the ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until frothy at high speed.

Then pour into glasses and decorate with fruit.
