COSI BIO Mortadella
Traditional Italian soft salami made from selected pork, in BIO quality. Mortadella is made from the meat of organically farmed Italian pigs. Lard cubes with a minimum fat content of 15% and carefully selected spices are added to the meat mixture. It is characterized by a delicate, spicy taste.
Eco-friendly packaging
Eco pack is a new eco-friendly packaging developed by Golfera. Thanks to the new packaging, the company uses 70% less plastic compared to traditional plastic packaging.
What is different about the packaging? It has a recyclable paper tray (FSC certified paper from sustainable forests), thus respecting the environment.
Use
Take it out of the refrigerator before consumption and let it rest for a while to allow the flavors to blend better. Ideal on a cold platter or with a glass of quality wine.
About the manufacturer
The story of the family business began in the 1960s in a small butcher shop, which was founded by the father and grandfather of today's owner. The real dream came true in 1989, when they built their own Golfera store in Lavezzola. Golfera Lavezzola has become one of the most prestigious companies in Europe primarily because of its passion for the craft. The company's goal is to produce traditional Italian delicacies of quality meat and to produce various ready meals from the best quality ingredients.
