Unlike most store-bought jams and those made by our grandmothers, GabiJó apricot jam is not made with granulated sugar. We use apple juice concentrate and stevia plant extract to sweeten it. Compared to traditional jams, our apricot jam has reduced sugar content, reduced carbohydrate content and reduced energy content. This can be especially important for those who have to follow special diets and need to limit the amount of carbohydrates they consume.
Did you know that none of our jams, including GabiJó apricot jam, contain preservatives? We used pectin for thickening, which is a type of fibre found naturally in fruits, so there is no need for other added thickeners, and instead of flavourings, you will only find the flavour of excellent, delicious and beautiful apricots in the jars.

We believe that a jam is good when the real taste of the fruit dominates it and is made with love, from domestic ingredients. Such are GabiJó jams, and they also have reduced sugar and energy content. Since the product does not contain preservatives, store it in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 7 days!
Recipe suggestion - Jam eyes, slightly turbocharged
You've probably eaten jam eyes before. But have you ever eaten jam eyes turbocharged with GabiJó jam based on pecans and dried fruit? It's DIVINE and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 200 g room temperature butter
- 140 g erythritol-based table sweetener
- 2 eggs (M)
- 270 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75g pecans
- 75g unsweetened dried fruit
- + 3-4 tbsp GabiJó jam in a flavour of your choice
Preparation
- Cream the butter with the sweetener using a food processor.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix until smooth. Then add the pecans and dried fruit to the mixture.
- Cover the finished mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for ½ hour.
- After ½ hour, form small balls from the mixture. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper, far enough apart. As if you were always leaving one's place empty. Press a hollow in the middle of each ball with the end of a wooden spoon.
- Bake the biscuits at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until done.
- Spoon 1 tsp of GabiJó jam into the middle of the lukewarm biscuits and your jam eyes are ready.
