Product information

The honeys are filtered and bottled at a gentle temperature without any other technological intervention, so they can preserve the quality of the honey, its unique characteristics and can be bottled unchanged, as spun from the hives.

The crystallization of honey is a natural process! It does not affect its quality at all. If you place the crystallized honey in a 45-degree water bath, it will become liquid again in a few minutes, with unchanged quality! All real honey crystallizes over time, due to its fructose-glucose-sucrose content and ratio.

The aim of Magyar Méz Manufaktúra is to deliver the best possible quality products from controlled farms to families' tables. They only deal with Hungarian products, so they remain true to their name and principles. In addition to the authorities, they continuously monitor the work of their original producers and the quality of their honey through their own internal control system, so they can always provide the best quality for their customers. Their plant has had a Biokontroll and HACCP permit since 2017, so they produce in accordance with the mandatory standards every day.
