Product description
Cheddar White Mature - semi-hard, rennet-matured cheese. Matured for at least 9 months. Min. 48% fat in dry matter. Long-matured and aromatic Irish cheddar. It owes its high class to the highest quality milk, which comes from cows grazing on green meadows for most of the year. The minimum maturing time is 9 months, resulting in a cheese with a deep and strong flavour. It has an intense, pleasant aroma that increases the appetite, and its crumbly texture melts in the mouth. A healthy element of a varied diet.
It contains no preservatives and is a source of important nutrients such as calcium, protein and zinc. It also contains probiotics. Packaged in a resealable, hermetically sealed package, which perfectly protects the product from the air, thus extending its freshness and preserving the aroma for as long as possible.
Suggested use
During the maturing process, it develops a rich and expressive character. It is perfect as a healthy snack on its own. It also goes well with red wines, which it complements perfectly. Served on a cheeseboard, it goes perfectly with less expressive delicacies. It is indispensable as an organic part of warm dishes. Perfect for baking cheese, e.g. cheese lasagna.
