Some suggestions for perfect use:

• This size of ice cube can be used for any glass, it is worth using several ice cubes for one drink, even filling the whole glass with ice.
• It is also suitable for cooling drinks, as it is the most stylish way to cool a bottle of champagne or anything else. Pour as much ice as possible around the bottle, add a little cold water, and in 20-30 minutes the desired temperature will be reached.
• After removing from the freezer, gently tap the contents of the bag on a clean surface before use, or if you have one, hit the bag gently with a rolling pin. In the freezer, the pieces may freeze together, so they can be easily separated.

The story of craft ice:

Their family business started in 2018 with a sudden idea, while they were still university students. From a thesis topic, ice making quickly became part of their lives and passion. Initially, they started their business for outstanding bars, restaurants and hotels in Budapest, but from 2021 they would like to make their products available to everyone. They are convinced that every moment deserves outstanding quality, not only from the drink, but also from the ice that goes with it. Thanks to the technology, in addition to reaching the perfect temperature, the rate of melting can be minimised.

The technology

The starting point is a 150 kg crystal clear block of ice, which is made from multiply purified drinking water, with controlled freezing, squeezing out all impurities. The block is then processed and cut by hand into regular cubes, bars and spheres of various sizes.

Storage

At a temperature below -18°C. It is not recommended to refreeze after thawing!
