Koch Freshly pressed Irsai grape juice with apple

This refreshing, vitamin- and antioxidant-rich fibrous soft drink is the undisputed queen of our fruit juices. 

Its aroma is dominated by the aromatic notes of the Hungarian cross-bred, early ripening Irsai Olivér grape variety. This grape variety is characterized by muscat, pear, elderflower, and fresh floral scents. 

Our Irsai-apple fruit juice makes it possible for consumers who do not like wine or alcohol to get to know and enjoy this grape variety. The variety was bred by Pál Kocsis from the Csabagyöngye and Pozsonyi white grape varieties in 1930. Since then, it has been one of the most popular white dessert and wine grape varieties in Hungary. Irsai Olivér is the earliest harvested wine in viticulture, which has been paired with Summared and Gala apples. As a result, this fruit juice is already produced in our fruit juice factory in August.

• 100% fruit juice pasteurized from freshly squeezed fruit. 
• Freshly squeezed, so after receiving the apples and grapes, the 100% fruit juice is pasteurized after cold pressing.

Producer information

In 1746, József Koch arrived in Hajós, and in 1748, he settled in Császártöltés, where he was one of the 13 families who founded the village. He was the first merchant in the village. He started growing grapes and making wine, and this was passed down from father to son for 10 generations. The current owner was born in 1969, and his grandfathers and great-grandfathers were also involved in grape growing and winemaking, so he fell in love with grapes, the smell of cellars carved into the loess wall, and the atmosphere from his childhood.

Storage

Store refrigerated (4-12°C) after opening and consume within 2-3 days.
