Description
Blue Dragon Whole Wheat Noodles.

Instructions for use
Bring water to the boil. Add as many nests of noodles as you need for the number of people you are cooking for. Cook for 5 minutes.

If cooking in a wok with other ingredients, remove from the water after 4 minutes. Stir continuously during cooking. Drain and rinse the noodles in cold water.
