The special drink is the result of twentieth-century technology, which made it possible to mix cream and whiskey. The success story of Baileys began in 1974, when the Irish representative of the largest spirits company could not do anything with its stuck whiskey stocks. The secret of Baileys is not simply a technical miracle, which makes it possible for the exclusively natural ingredients in the bottle - Irish whiskey, fresh cream, cocoa, coffee and vanilla - to be durable, that is, for the cream not to precipitate and the ingredients not to separate, but also for the magic of the new flavour to remain.
