Usage

• Ingredients: 1 bag of Vitalis forest fruit porridge, 125 ml of hot water.
• Preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, mix thoroughly with 150 ml of hot water (100°C). Let stand for at least 3 minutes, then stir and consume.
