Thanks to MIRELITE's decades of manufacturing experience and reliable supplier background, the onion was harvested at the most optimal time, when the vitamins, minerals, and allium content in the vegetable was the highest. After harvesting, the vegetable was preserved by quick-freezing within a few hours. The secret of preservation is chemical-free quick-freezing, which freezes the product by floating the beans in the air at an extremely low temperature (-45C˚), resulting in an individually frozen, loose product.
