Some beers are inspired by a gastronomic experience, while in other cases it is a specific flavor that captures their attention. In the case of Tokyo Lemonade, they wanted to highlight the inimitable character of Japanese citrus, also known as yuzu, in a beer as much as possible.

For this purpose, they selected a Belgian witbier base beer and modified it to create a light, refreshingly citrusy wheat beer.
