This cake is made for Jamie Oliver's Italian restaurant by the Zsidai Confectionery and Bakery. As its name suggests, this cake is all about chocolate: there is chocolate in its sponge, chocolate cream between the layers and it is covered with delicious dark chocolate. A real treat!

They are proud that their dishes are prepared without the addition of preservatives and additives, and for the sake of sustainability, they are packaged in environmentally friendly brown cardboard boxes in portions for 2 people.

Sustainability

Zsidai Home has developed an environmentally conscious, economically sustainable, high-quality and affordable alternative to classic "instant" restaurant home delivery. They use significantly less and more environmentally friendly packaging than traditional restaurant home delivery. Most of their dishes can be prepared with the packaging, so they have tried to minimize washing up at home and thus water, chemical and energy consumption.
 
Zsidai Home dishes are prepared without the addition of preservatives and additives, yet they can be stored in the refrigerator for at least a week due to the vacuum packaging used. Due to the shelf life of several days and the 2-person packaging, the frequency of deliveries is also reduced, so the carbon footprint of delivery is a fraction of traditional home delivery.
