Preparation
In the oven:
Preheat the oven to 230 °C. Place the frozen fish fingers on a baking tray (you can use baking paper). Bake for about 12 minutes (about 9 minutes with convection)
In a pan:
Heat 5 tablespoons of oil. Fry the frozen fish fingers over medium heat for 6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Do not refreeze the thawed product!
Storage
Preserves its quality when stored below -18°C until the end of the month indicated on the side of the packaging.
