Alnatura organic gherkins without sweetener (330 g)

These small organic gherkins are pickled in herbal vinegar, mustard seeds, dill, sea salt and all sorts of other spices. No sugar is added; the product naturally contains sugars. Alnatura gherkins have an aromatic, sour and pleasantly spicy taste, without added sugar. The gherkins are grown in Germany according to Bioland guidelines. Vegan.

Use - Vegan egg salad with tofu

Preparation time
10 minutes.

Ingredients
For 2 servings:

• 200 g Alnatura natural tofu
• 1 onion
• 100 g Alnatura gherkins
• 1 avocado
• ¼ bunch of chives
• ¼ teaspoon Alnatura sea salt
• 150 ml Alnatura Vegan Mayo (eggless)
• 1 teaspoon Alnatura mustard (medium hot)

Preparation

1. Grate the tofu cubes very finely. Peel the onion and chop it. Drain the gherkins and dice them. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and use a spoon to remove the skin. Wash the chives, shake them dry and cut them into fine rings.
2. In a bowl, mix the tofu with the salt, mayonnaise, onion and mustard. Carefully stir in the gherkins, avocado and chives. You can then serve it.
