Vegetable cream without artificial preservatives and additives, with 62 percent vegetables. The base is fine spinach, refined with onions, aromatic walnuts, and spices. Spinach and walnuts are a great combination, as spinach is high in fiber and walnuts contain good fats, protein, and minerals. The ingredients of Alnatura cream come from organic farming. Vegan product.

This cream can be an excellent choice as a spread, cream sauce, or even as a pasta topping.

Suggested use - Baguette with two types of cream

Preparation time
10 minutes plus 15 baking (grilling).

Ingredients
For 4 servings:

• 1 baguette
• 60 g Alnatura beetroot and horseradish cream
• 100 g Alnatura butter (soft)
• 60 g Alnatura garden vegetable cream with spinach and walnuts

Preparation

1. Cut the baguette every 1.5 cm, but do not cut through. Put the beetroot and horseradish cream and half of the butter in a bowl and mix with a fork. Mix the spinach and walnut cream with the remaining butter.
2. Fill the baguette incisions halfway or alternately with the creams using a knife. Bake the baguette in a convection oven (at 200°C) for 15 minutes, until crispy and brown.

Tip
To make a vegan version, replace the butter with Alnatura margarine.
