Product information
Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality, and the oil will clear again at room temperature.
Use
Excellent for preparing Mediterranean dishes; primarily recommended for salads, vegetables, dressings, mayonnaise and various cold dishes. Also excellent for frying at high temperatures.
