Ecoproduct beef undergoes 8-12 days of dry aging, which guarantees excellent taste and texture. The meat comes from young bulls, up to 24 months old, or from animals up to 30 months old, and in rare cases from heifers, all from the Czech Republic.

Use

• Goulash: Organic beef is ideal for making classic Hungarian goulash. The deep flavour of the meat and the careful animal husbandry help to make the goulash rich and tasty. You can add fresh vegetables, spices and, of course, a good dose of paprika.

• Meatballs: Minced organic beef is also a great base for meatballs. Season to taste, add breadcrumbs and egg, then shape into balls, which can be cooked in a pan or in the oven. Serve with pasta, rice or vegetables.

• Hamburgers: You can also make delicious hamburgers with it. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and shape into patties. Grill or fry in a pan, then serve on a fresh bun with vegetables and your favourite sauces. The special flavour of the organic beef ensures that your hamburger will be an unforgettable experience.

Ecoproduct s.r.o. is a family business built on its own organic farm. Its aim is to provide its customers with high-quality food, both from its own production – the Jelcova Lhotka farm – and from organic farms in the surrounding region. The company specialises mainly in the sale of matured beef, lamb and other organic quality products, and it has the entire meat production process under control, from the purchase of live cattle to the final sale.

Particular attention is paid to the careful selection of cattle and to the sensitive and humane treatment of the animals, both during transport and during slaughter. Before slaughter, the animals are allowed to rest so that the level of stress hormones remains low, which makes the meat more tender and healthier than conventionally produced beef. This ensures that their customers receive the highest possible quality product.

Origin of the meat

The organic quality meat comes exclusively from ecological farms where the animals are fed on natural, plant-based feed and never come into contact with pesticides or artificial fertilisers during their lives. The taste, smell, appearance and durability of the meat are not influenced by chemicals or artificial additives, which can be harmful to the human body. Consumers of such meat products are guaranteed to receive quality food that not only protects their health but also far surpasses conventional meat in terms of taste and appearance.
