Soup vegetable tray

The package contains:

• carrots 750g
• parsley root 150g
• diced kohlrabi 50g
• red onion 50g

In a good Sunday meat soup, in addition to the meat, the obligatory ingredients are carrots and parsley root. Red onion, potatoes, paprika and tomatoes can also be added to the soup.

A little grated ginger or torn coriander will spice up the meat soup.

Usage

Store refrigerated, between 5-7 °C.

Storage

After cleaning, it can be consumed raw or cooked.
