PANARINI Boneless Carp Fillet
Carp is not accidentally one of the most popular domestic fish species, as it is the main ingredient of fish soup, which would be unimaginable for many families without it at Christmas. Incidentally, it is rich in iron, zinc, selenium and vitamin B12, and also contains essential fatty acids, which our body cannot produce, so we need to consume a sufficient amount of them. The great advantage of the boneless fillet is that since the bones are cut during preparation, they can only rarely interfere with eating. It is recommended to consume the boneless fillet cooked in fish soup, fried, steamed, breaded.

Boneless carp fillet recipe:
-
Salt the fillets that have been scored densely to the skin, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, then roll in corn flour and pre-fry on the grill, starting with the skin, so that the corn flour is crispy, but the inside of the fish does not cook through.
-
Boil the potatoes in their skins until half-soft, peel them and cut them into slices. Slice the cored green pepper, the peeled tomato and the onion into rings.
-
Butter a deeper baking tray or fireproof dish, line it with the potato slices, place the fish on it and sprinkle with the thinly sliced onion. Place the green pepper and tomato slices on this, then pour melted butter over it and add about 1dl/person of (fish) stock.
-
Bake together in a medium-hot oven. When the middle of the fish is cooked through and the potatoes are soft, pour over a little sour cream mixed with paprika, then bake until golden brown at a high temperature. When serving, you can decorate with a little more sour cream, put slices of bacon cut into a cockscomb shape and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley
Enjoy your meal!
