Product description

A product in a plastic jar, sealed with an aluminium lid and a transparent cover, of a reddish-brown colour. The product has a characteristic aroma and flavour, and is thick and runny when not refrigerated, and solid and spreadable when cold. The product can be spread on baked goods, and is excellent for cold meals and appetisers. It is also excellent as a baking additive for savoury pastries (e.g. scones).

PROFUMA Hungary Kft. has been operating its state-of-the-art food production plant in Szarvas, Békés county, since the beginning of 2017. Their plant primarily produces fattened duck and goose products. These products include liver products with 98% fattened liver content in various packaging. Their main profile also includes the production of smoked and cooked-smoked products, as well as the production of dry goods. In addition to duck and goose products, they also produce chicken, turkey and even beef products. They smoke their products with beechwood to enhance their aroma and quality.

All of their products are lactose, gluten and soy free.

Their plant has IFS quality certification, and produces its excellent quality products in accordance with a strict and high quality assurance system. Their company makes a point of using primarily Hungarian ingredients to produce their products.
