The classic tartare is based on beef tenderloin, and Dijon mustard, egg yolk, finely chopped onion and capers are added to flavor it, but some people also add a little cognac.

Beef tartare:

• Open the package and place the ground beef in a bowl.
• While we prepare the seasoning, cut the onion and let it air.
• Peel a small onion, use only half of a larger onion.
• Cut the onion as finely as you can.
• Press a clove of garlic through a garlic press. Both onions can be placed on top of the meat in the bowl.
• Mix. 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of ground red paprika, and an egg yolk on top of it all.
• Mix thoroughly, refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
• You can start toasting the toasts, and at the same time cut fresh vegetables: peppers, tomatoes, red onions. It's ready and you can spread it on your toast.
