After sorting the hand-picked apples, 24-hour soaking on the skin and maceration. Fermented in a steel tank for 12 days until completely dry, and aged for 12 months before bottling. It was made from a blend of several apple wines. Due to the omission of pasteurization, it is characterized by fresh apple aromas and lightness. The basis of BudaPrés ciders, sweet and very lovable.
